"Flexible working for parents is becoming much more of a possibility now that people aren’t so tied to a physical workplace - numerous blogs and influencers talk about how they have been allowed to work from home and that high-speed internet, conferencing calls, video calls and social media have made it possible to work remotely. For many industries, however, this isn’t possible - dancing, sports, acting, modelling, all require a physical presence and I think that Lucy’s research and writing in this field will prove to be both an invaluable resource and an important expansion on the current flexible working campaigning."
